You Have 30 Days to Return Anything
That's the most important thing to know. If you're not satisfied, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange โ no stress.
What We Ask From You
- Items should be unused, in their original condition and original packaging.
- Please include your order number or proof of purchase.
- Gift cards, personalised items and products marked "final sale" are not eligible for return.
Returning Is Simple
- Step 1: Email Contact@RelaySaci.Shop with your order number and the reason you'd like to return.
- Step 2: We'll send you clear return instructions and the return address.
- Step 3: Pack the item safely and send it back to us.
One small request: please reach out before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
How Refunds Work
As soon as we receive and inspect your item, we'll email you to confirm the outcome. If approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days. Allow a few extra days for your bank to process it on their end.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability.
Received Something Wrong or Damaged?
We're sorry if that happened. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, include some photos, and we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. You won't pay a thing.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
If the return is our fault โ damaged, faulty or incorrect item โ we cover the shipping cost entirely. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
