What You Need to Know Before You Order
Every order leaves our fulfillment center in South Windsor, Connecticut, United States and can be delivered to more than 230 countries and territories worldwide. Orders are processed within 1โ3 business days โ delivery timelines below begin from the moment your order ships. You select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

If speed matters, Express gets your order there in 1โ2 business days for $15.00. Standard shipping costs $8.00 but becomes free when your order reaches $70.00 or more. There is also a free Standard option with a 5โ8 business day window and no minimum spend required.

International timelines are estimates. Customs processing in your country may add a few extra days beyond what is shown. Any import duties, taxes, or fees levied by your country's customs office are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Tracking, Delays, and Problems
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and link โ allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to go live. Business days run Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays; orders placed on weekends or holidays are picked up the next business day, and high-volume periods may cause minor delays.
Before completing your purchase, double-check your shipping address. If you spot an error, reach out immediately โ changes can only be made before the order ships. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (include photos for damaged items) and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
